Next step is to build the mount using the engine as an alignment guide, I'm thinking I will build it slanted backwards to hang the tail cone away from the trailing edge.

The hatch will go away...

I got that tank, you can also add two 20 oz Dubro tanks to each side of the main tank to add more flight time

This is my 27# thrust engine, old, heavy but very reliable, it is 20 years old but it only has 14 hrs of run time that I put in myself 😁

That hump is going bye bye soon, I will build a new mount....

Robarts retracts and struts are on mine, they work just fine, the prolink should also work fine, a bit more expensive but they will absorb the hard landings, the one for the Boomerang XL should do...
